Easter is almost here! I love Easter! I think that it's my favorite holiday? I love all of the pastel colors and the baby chicks and bunnies! Have you read my verse to the right yet? That verse is all about Easter. God is so amazing in so many ways! I thank the Lord everyday that he gave me everything that I have! :)

CrAzY Schedule
We mainly start our school around 9:00 every morning. Sometimes if I get up earlier, then I normally do (7:20), I start my work before 9:00. I love to start my work early, because I get it done faster and have more free time! During our week, my mom and brother go to our local animal shelter and walk dogs and cuddle cats 3 times a week! I cuddle cats with them once every other week because I can't do all 3 days because I have to many things going on with work in all! Then sometimes we go shopping. That takes like 2 hours out of our schedule. And sometimes we have to squeeze a doctor appointment in for my Grandma because my mom goes with her.
My school work has a lot to do and my mom has to stay by my brother when he does his work, so if I need help with my work, I have to wait until my mom has something for my brother to do and then she comes to help me! I sometimes get a little frustrated because I had to wait and it wasn't working for my mom or brother either so we made a schedule! My mom work with me from 9:00-12:00 and then works with my brother from 12:00-3:00. It sometimes works but we also have to do things in our working time so sometimes we just have to work it out!
I love to be home schooled but there are some things that I don't like about it!

My little brother
has been so sweet this past week! He has wanted to sleep in my room with me and he has want me to play with him. Ever since I have been home schooled our relationship has become a friendship and we have grown so close together lately! I love it when he is my friend and not my enemy! But we still have our turn arounds! Like yesterday! :)
But after he says or does something mean to me, he always says, "I'm sorry Gracie. Please forgive me?" Last week he did something to me that really hurt my feelings and I wasn't talking to him for like 5 mins and he kept on saying "Gracie, please forgive me?" I didn't say anything. Then he said, "Gracie, say I love you?" I looked at him with a smile and said, "I love you and I forgive you!" What he said made me want to cry because it was so sweet!! I hope our relationship is always this way!!

The good things
about being home schooled are:
1. I get to be home with my mom all day
2. I get to start and finish my work when ever I would like
3. I have a lot more free time
4. I get to do things that I wouldn't do when I was in public school
5. I can do extra work during my day so I get more done
I love being home schooled!

Reading
is a great thing to do when you are bored or if you would want to go somewhere but you can't. Just pick a genera that you like and you will travel though the words! I am reading a book called "Just Grace" Can you guess why I chose it?
The book is about a 9 year old girl who list things that have happened to her about different topics. It's a very created way to write a book. In her class there are 3 other Graces (And I haven't even meet one Grace) And her teacher calls them all "Grace w. or Grace B. and then one of the Graces wanted to be called Gracie and then Grace S.,the main character, Said, "I just want to be just Grace." So from now on her teacher calls her "Just Grace" So that's why she is called that!!
I love to read, but only if it's a book that I choose!
Well, speaking of reading...I am going to read my book with my mom and little brother!!

Our new dog
is the cutest little thing!! My little brother saw him at our local Animal Shelter and told me all about him. My little brother and I wanted him so bad that we made like 10 really BIG promises and put them on a contract!!! Our dad didn't really want another dog, but he finally gave in!! We got our dog on March 5Th this month.
He is a miniature Pincher part Chihuahua. He is really cute!! We named him "Murphy" But you might read another post saying that he has another name because the family hasn't decide if we should keep the name or not?

Today...
I started my school work at 7:50 this morning. That's a little early for me but I already have some work done and that's all that matters!! :)
I love my curriculum that I do because it's online and it teaches you a lot. It's fun but some of my days are really long because of all of my work.
All of my subjects are:
Pre-algebra, literature, 3 different kinds of language skills, science, and my least favorite history. That's all of my classes!! So now you know what I am doing these days for school. My mom said that I have to go do some more school now :)
